I have been using Baldwin Services for over about 8 years to handle all of our HVAC system needs in Milledgeville. They service about 20 homes for us and we can always count on Todd to get us up and running quickly. He is one of the most reliable and consistent vendors we use and above all, trustworthy.

Baldwin Services is an awesome company. They are very prompt and informative. Todd was able to identify immediately the issues with our new ac system installed by another company when my new home was built. Jeff Harris and Davey Vinson installed our new duct work. They were very friendly and quick. They doubled check to make sure all vents were cooling properly and all questions were answered prior to leaving. They even swept and vacuum all the debris from removing and installing the duct. I would recommend Baldwin Services to anyone.

Owner Todd has assisted us with ac/heating issues for ten or more years. Had to have a new unit for the on-coming summer and Todd and his staff (Jeff and Cody) did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem and replacing our bad unit. They were very quick to respond and quick to install our new unit. We will continue to use Baldwin Services for years to come!

Excellent Service with the most honest, polite technicians. I highly recommend Baldwin Services. This company was recommended to me by a good friend when my AC was not cooling and I could not be more pleased. Another company probably would have raked me over the coals but they did not. They fixed my AC unit and did not push to sell me a new one like I expected. My unit is running perfect now so bring on Summer thanks to the 2 sweet guys that fixed me up.

The Baldwin Services Team Replaced our Heating and Air System with a new 3 Ton 2 Stage Carrier unit Today. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout the process and they left the work area clean and tidy. They took the time to explain the new system and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Baldwin Services!

Stellar service! Todd and his crew were so helpful. They rearranged their schedule to get my gas line relocated making my new rental home safe for cooking. They inspected the AC unit and furnace during the service call. Todd educated me on the proper filters to purchase for maximum efficiency. He went out of his way to purchase, not one but two filters and delivered them to my new home. Please cal them for all your HVAC needs! You won't be disappointed!

Todd is the man. He's very responsive, helpful, and professional. He's installed 7 systems for me and done a number of repairs. It's nice to have a local service provider who you KNOW will respond to your calls and will show up when he says he will. That's rare these days. Todd has had my business for a few years, and will have it from now on.

MY OLD A/C UNIT NEVER WOULD KEEP US COOL IN THE SUMMER. I CALLED TODD AT BALDWIN SERVICES. HE WAS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR OF THE THREE I CALLED THAT TOOK THE TIME INSPECT MY ENTIRE UNIT AND DO A LOAD CALCULATION TO DETERMINE WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST,MOST EFFICIENT SYSTOM FOR ME. TODD AND HIS MEN DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE IN NEED OF A TRUE PROFESSIONAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY TO CALL TODD AT BALDWIN SERVICES.
